A manufacturing cell for an end of extrusion line designed for semi-rigid to rigid seal.


Executed operations:

- sawing on line, with pre-programmed length for a batch size.

- ordered distribution on splicing presses, in group of 1 *, 2, 3 or 4 ** seals (depending on mould capacity).

10s after sawing, seals are in place to be splice.

Polyvalent

Can manage up to 99 part numbers

Parameters to input for each part number:
- seal length to cut, variable between 3.20m and 5m,
- number of seals to splice per mould for the batch size.


Automatic managed parameters
- Speed of extrusion line between 15 and 35 m/mn.
- Adjustment of handling fork according to seal lengths.
